Broussard Properties currently manages 25 properties of varying sizes in three states. All of our properties are luxurious and unique and attract a broad range of guests. All of the Fund’s new properties will be added to this portfolio.

Partnership with Broussard Properties
Broussard Properties will provide a monthly management statement for each property that outlines expenses paid with receipts and a folio that shows the information for each guest. For example, VRBO provides a comprehensive report and narrative of every reservation. These management reports will be provided to the accounting firm managing the Fund assets and will be included in the annual audit.
